IFESO aims at improving Strategic management and teams responsiveness with a specific approach to decision-making process. IFESO offers training courses for each level of responsibility (decision-maker, senior executive, expert) in order to master collaborative processes for analysis and decision-making emphasizing anticipation and risk mitigation.<\/p>\n
